What is there to know?
- You must arrive at least 30 minutes early to reserve your place on the boat .
- The ticket purchased gives the right to access the first available tour, it does not include any specific time !
- The service is usually conducted by a single vessel with a maximum capacity of 15 people.
- Children up to 4 years old participate for free.
- For safety reasons, dogs are not allowed.

Cancellation policies
- In case of impossibility to navigate, caused by strong winds or atmospheric events causing damage or danger, you can opt for cancellation due to bad weather. The final decision is up to the Managers who, after a careful evaluation of the weather conditions and the state of the lake, choose what to do. In this circumstance, the total amount paid will be refunded.
For all other cases, refunds are ABSOLUTELY NOT provided:
- Excessive blood alcohol level upon boarding or during the tour
- dangerous or inappropriate behavior on board
- Unable to participate in the tour
