Description
We are a historic reality of Valeggio sul Mincio, active since 1958. Founded by my grandparents and carried on by my parents, today I continue this tradition with a new vision: maintaining the authenticity of our tortellini, while innovating the service offered. For this reason, we have created a tasting experience that enhances tortellini in all their nuances.
In my restaurant, for my and your pleasure, I organize “Tortellini Class” sessions, actively involving you in the preparation. We will let you get your “hands on”, allowing you to make your tortellini, learning how to roll out the dough and prepare the perfect filling
After the production phase, you can taste both the tortellini you have made and those of our production, in a complete experience. We will guide you on a tasting journey with five different variations: from the classic meat tortellino to fillings with flavors and colors that follow the seasons.
To end on a sweet note, we will serve you a dessert and, of course, a good coffee. An authentic experience to discover and savor the true tradition of Valeggio.
